Hi, I’m Dr. Yahya Musa, the creator of SleepyFolks.com. I’ve been a doctor for 12 years and I am currently member of the West African College of Surgeons.
I faced exhaustion during my early medical days, just like many others. But then, I realized that lack of sleep affected my life and work.
Even though sleep is essential, many people, especially doctors, overlook it. So I decided this needed to change.
So, I created SleepyFolks.com. It’s a place where I share my knowledge about sleep.
